For security and property monitoring, exterior cameras are installed around the home and may be periodically viewed by select members of our family to help ensure the safety and upkeep of the property and to confirm access for scheduled vendors. Cameras are positioned only in exterior/common access areas including the dock—never inside the living spaces—and should not be covered, disabled, or obscured at any time during your stay. We do ask for email/mobile for contracting and provide our direct information for you to contact us. No personal information is shared with other parties. Boats and personal watercraft can be rented from local marinas. Dogs are subject to approval and an additional cleaning fee. We require a rental contract separate from Airbnb's and VRBO's terms; this must be signed before entrance is granted. A hold on a credit card is take in lieu of a security deposit. If the agreement is not signed, we will not grant access to the house and will consider the reservation canceled by the guest, subject to the cancellation clause. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older with proof of ID when signing the contract. Trash must be removed from the property at the end of the stay.
